(KTRS) – Civic leaders will have to wait until next month to find out where a federal spy agency will build its new home.
The Post-Dispatch reports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency had planned to announce relocation plans on March 25. The agency is considering four area locations: Fenton on the site of the old Chrysler plan; Mehlville on Tesson Ferry near 270; north St. Louis near the old Pruitt-Igoe housing complex; and the final spot in St. Clair County adjacent to Scott Air Force Base.
St. Louis leaders are hoping to convince the agency to stay in St. Louis–their current headquarters is just south of the Anheuser Busch Brewery.
