ST. LOUIS (KTRS) A St. Louis man has been formally charged with the stabbing death of his father Saturday night. The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s office has filed charges of first degree murder and armed criminal action against 29-year-old William Kemple Junior in the stabbing death of William Kemple Senior at their home in the 42-hundred block of Meramec about 5-30 Saturday night. Police say they’d been called to the home for a report of a cutting and when they arrived, they found the senior Kemple suffering from stab wounds. he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Charging documents say the younger Kemple was seen by a witness covered in blood after the attack. Kemple Jr. is jailed without bond and doesn’t yet have an attorney.
