( KTRS ) St. Louis city’s Civil Rights Enforcement Agency is set to host a “Expanding Opportunities and Creating Equity” Conference, this weekend, at the Saint Louis University School of Law.
Maggie Crane, spokeswoman for Mayor Slay’s office says, the goal of the conference is to equip communities that receive federal funding with the data and tools needed to help them meet long standing fair housing obligations with the use of those funds.
St. Louis County, St. Charles, St. Peters, Ferguson and other municipalities ,that receive federal block grant funding, are invited to attend.
The conference takes place Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon
