St. Louis, MO  (KTRS)  Efforts are being made to protect the homeless from the dangerous cold.

Winter outreach and shelter operations are in effect for the City of St. Louis. Due to the anticipated below freezing temperatures these operations will remain through at least New Year’s Day.
