(KTRS) – A major renovation on Forest Park Parkway near Kingshighway is set to begin early next month.

The Parkway currently runs under Kingshighway–the $10 million project will create a more “traditional intersection” between the two streets. Forest Park Parkway is set to close December 5 and could remain closed for up to a year.

About 17,000 drivers use that stretch of the road each day.
