Macoupin County, IL (KTRS) There’s new information in the case of a missing Macoupin County woman.
The Major Case Squad reports that after interviews with family, friends, and acquaintances, Denita Hedden is believed to have gone to a St. Louis casino on January 25th and returned to the Royal Lakes area around 11 p.m. Police conducted air and land search operations on Tuesday and Wednesday for Hedden.
Police have also released new surveillance images of Hedden from January 25th. Investigators say property owners, farmers, and residents, are encouraged to inspect their property for anything unusual in the interest of finding Denita, or clues which would explain her disappearance.
Hedden described as a white female, is 5’0”, and weights approximately 110 lbs. She was last observed wearing a maroon Nike hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans, and brown boots. She was wearing hoop earrings.
