ST. LOUIS (KTRS) Organizers of the annual Moonlight Ramble bike ride through Downtown St Louis announced that the cycling event will not be held in 2018.

Organizers cite the timing of this recent merger and event acquisition, the rising costs to put on the event, and an increased emphasis on rider safety as the primary reasons they chose to cancel the event for 2018. Last year the event was canceled multiple times, mainly due to civil unrest following the Stockley verdict.
