ST. LOUIS (KTRS) After having being postponed first in August due to severe weather, and then twice in September due to security concerns amid community unrest, the 54th Annual Moonlight Ramble midnight bike ride has a new date: Saturday, October 21st thru the streets of downtown St. Louis. A portion of the proceeds from the ride benefit local charity Kingdom House, and Hostelling International.
