The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 67-year-old Harry Little Sr. was found guilty Friday of second-degree murder and other counts in the November 2014 stabbing and shooting death of 59-year-old Sylvia Brown. He was acquitted of tampering with evidence.
Last month, prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty if Little agreed to a bench trial instead of a jury trial. Little is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 7.
Little was previously convicted of two counts of second-degree murder for the 1977 shooting death of his estranged wife, Sharon Little, in University City and the beating death of a friend, Hargrove Bunting, in St. Louis later that year.
