(KTRS) – For the time being, guns are still prohibited at the St. Louis Zoo.

The Post-Dispatch reports that a judge filed an order on Friday that bans an Ohio man, and anyone who knows him, from bringing weapons into the zoo. In June, a judge issued a temporary ban when a gun rights activist organized an event to bring a group of armed people into the zoo.

Zoo officials successfully argued that they qualify as an amusement park and their ban is protected under Missouri law that bans guns in those locations.
