St. Louis, MO (KTRS) A Federal Judge is not going to allow former St. Louis police officer Jason Stockley to sue his accusers.

Thursday, the judge dismissed the lawsuit filed by Stockley against the prosecutor who charged him and the internal affairs detective who built the case against him. Stockley was found not guilty in the 2011 shooting of drug suspect Anthony Lamar Smith, sparking months of protests.

Stockley’s suit claimed defamation and malicious prosecution.
