A young man looses his life in a Jefferson County car accident Yesterday. The Missouri Highway Patrol says 26-year-old Kolvy B. Smith of Desloge was on Route A near Burning Tree Lane when he crossed the center lane and hit another vehicle head-on. Smith was pronounced dead on the scene the other driver received serious injuries. The MSHP  says neither driver was wearing their seat-belts.
