(KTRS) – A high end residential housing complex could be coming to The Hill neighborhood.

The Sansone Group is leading the charge to build nearly 300 apartments and dozens of town homes. This would represent the first new building on the Hill in decades. The Hill 2000, a neighborhood organization, wants the project to bring young families while maintaining the history of The Hill.
