St. Louis, MO (KTRS) The Administrative Hearing Commission will begin hearing arguments Monday morning to decide the fate of Missouri’s last remaining abortion clinic.

This hearing is expected to last about a week, but a ruling isn’t expected until February.

Planned Parenthood has been fighting with the state’s health department for months over concerns that include failed abortions.

Security has been heightened ahead of anticipated protests.
