Washington, MO (KTRS) An Endangered Person Advisory is in effect for a missing Franklin County man.
Police say 43-year-old Michael Jolly was last seen at his residence in Washington, Missouri on March 2nd. On March 11,he was traveling from Washington, Missouri to visit family in Affton. He contacted a relative that day on his cell phone and said he was lost in Fenton. The relative gave him directions, but he never arrived to his destination.
A cell phone ping indicates his phone was last powered in Kentucky on March 12th. Jolly has a diminished mental capacity due injuries from car crash several years ago and gets lost easily.
Jolly is described as a black male, 5’5″ in height, weighing 140 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He also has an M&M candy tattoo on his right arm. He has limited mobility with his right hand and walks with a limp.
His vehicle is a dark gray 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 bearing MO plates 6GA907.
