ST. LOUIS (AP) — The Edward Jones Dome in downtown St. Louis no longer has an NFL team and now it needs a new name.

The financial services company said Friday it was canceling its naming rights contract for the stadium because the Rams are moving to Los Angeles. The contract included a clause that allowed the company to cancel the agreement if the Rams no longer played there.

Edward Jones sent termination letters Thursday to the Los Angeles Rams and the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission, which runs the stadium.

The Rams have until March 31st to remove lettering and signs down from the building.

The company said in a statement it invested more than $32 million for naming rights in 14 years.
