Wentzville police say no charges are expected in the death of a two-year-old who was struck and killed by an ice cream truck this weekend. Police say Felicity Karam was struck around 4:00 Sunday afternoon in the 4900 block of Summer Rain Drive. She was taken to an area hospital where she later died of her injuries. Police say they do not anticipate any charges will be filed following a preliminary review of the accident by the St. Charles County prosecutor’s office.

A child is dead after being hit by an ice cream truck in Wentzville.
Police say the 2-year-old girl was struck around 4 p.m in the 4900 block of Summer Rain Drive. She was taken to an area hospital where she later died of her injuries.
The child’s name hasn’t been released.
