Organizers cancel Forest Park Balloon Race
(KTRS) – For the first time in more than four decades, organizers have canceled the Great Forest Park Balloon Race. Officials say that fields in Forest Park were too wet to hold the event. But planners say they loook forward to next year’s race. Yesterday organizers canceled the annual Balloon Glow.
