St. Louis, MO (KTRS)  The death of an infant in south St. Louis is being investigated.

Police were called to a home in the 3700 block of McDonald Avenue at 1:30 pm Saturday. The 5-month-old child was taken to an area hospital and pronounced deceased.

The child’s name hasn’t been released. Police haven’t released any other details in the case.
