Cahokia, IL (KTRS)  Two men are recovering after a helicopter crash at St. Louis Downtown Airport in Cahokia.

Authorities say the crash happened around 11:15 a.m. on Monday. The helicopter landed on its roof, breaking into pieces.

The two men on board walked out of the wreckage with minor injuries. They were taken to an area hospital.

There’s no word on what may have caused the crash. The F-A-A is investigating.
