LOUIS (KTRS) Due to the weather forecast of bitterly low temperatures and wind chill, Winterfest at the Arch will close for the season early Friday, Dec. 29, after the 2- 9 p.m. public skate session. Cold weather has forced Six Flags St. Louis to close early. It will not be open Saturday, Dec. 30, through New Year’s Day, making Friday, Dec. 29, its last of the season. Guests needing to process their Season Passes by the end of the season will have until April 29, 2018. The city of Kirkwood has postponed its Winter Fireworks Festival. The festival was scheduled for Saturday night. It has been rescheduled for February. And Saturdays horse-drawn carriage rides at Winter Wonderland in Tilles Park have been canceled. Anyone who already purchased tickets can contact Metrotix for a full refund.
