(KTRS) – The NFL is making changes to its concussion protocol following Sunday’s injury to Rams quarterback Case Keenum.
Late in the game Keenum was slammed to the turf, and although he appeared woozy, he never came out of the game. Now the league is giving spotters the power to stop play to remove players from the game who may have suffered a concussion.
The NFL Network reports that officials are investigating why Keenum was not tested for a concussion after the play.
