ST. LOUIS (AP) – A St. Louis man is charged with second-degree murder in the beating death of his son. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that 22-year-old Deveontay Bell also was charged Sunday with felony child abuse resulting in death. He is jailed on $500,000 cash-only bond.
