Police say two victims aged 12 and 13 have been found shot to death inside a downtown St. Louis apartment at 10th and Spruce Streets in what police suspect is a murder/suicide. KSDK reports that St. Louis Metropolitan Police were called to the apartment at around 2 a.m. this morning and found the male and female dead from gunshots. Police did not immediately release their names.
