For nearly a decade, Charlie Sottoriva has helped his clients negotiate sales of businesses, establish legacies for future generations, and achieve financial independence. But while servicing the needs of his diverse book of business, he noticed a widening gap in the financial services industry: financial planning and real advice for his peers.  So, while everyone else was chasing old money to invest, Charlie started finding young professionals to invest in.

With a passion to improve the financial health of those around him, Charlie joined Synergy Wealth Solutions, a firm dedicated to providing both offensive and defensive strategies to the Midwest’s hardest working young professionals. Through his personal experiences with student debt, higher education, career development, professional achievement and serial entrepreneurship, Charlie shares a perspective that very few financial professionals in the industry can. Charlie then draws upon the real-life experiences of his firm’s clients, offering financial solutions that are as individual as they are practical.
