FRANK CUSUMANO

Frank has been a sportscaster at KSDK for over 30 years, where he has won 24 Emmys for his storytelling and sports coverage. Frank has been involved in St. Louis radio equally as long. He brings his sports insight as well as an extremely accomplished career in St. Louis to KTRS beginning in August 2024. He is also a member of the Missouri Athletic Hall of Fame. 

Frank played on DeSmet’s high school basketball state championship team which won 63 games in a row. After DeSmet, he played basketball for four year at UMSL. He is married to Monique and has three children: Alex, Brooke and Dom.

Jill Farmer

When Jill isn’t co-hosting with Frank she puts on her coaching hat. She is a time and stress management expert, and the author of the best selling book “There’s Not Enough Time… and Other Lies We Tell Ourselves.”

Jill’s expertise has been featured everywhere from The Washington Post to Inc. Magazine. Jill leads her acclaimed programs at top organizations—including Washington University and Harvard Medical Schools, BJC, Graybar Electric, Enterprise Rent-A Car and multiple other Fortune 500 companies. 

She is a master certified life coach, whose private practice mainly consist of supporting physicians and helping executives avoid burnout. Before joining KTRS, Jill was an Emmy Award winning TV journalist. She is also the mother of two adult children, the owner of a poorly behaved dachshund, and has been married for 32 years to her patient husband, John.
