LOUIS (KTRS) Clayton police gave the all-clear for Concordia Seminary Monday afternoon after investigators determined a suspicious package that was mailed to the seminary was not a threat. Several buildings at the Seminary were evacuated and the campus was on lockdown during the investigation.
