(KTRS) – Police in O’Fallon, Missouri issued a Silver Advisory after an 85-year-old man went missing. Billie Jo Hubbard was last seen picking up a prescription on North Main St in O’Fallon Wednesday morning around 11:15. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the nearest police.
