COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - A former Missouri basketball player is seeking a protection order against Zach Price, who remains suspended from the team after being arrested twice for allegedly assaulting his roommate and a woman.
The Columbia Daily Tribune reports that Earnest Ross filed the petition in Boone County Circuit Court on April 2.  Price was arrested twice the next day after reportedly first ramming his car into another vehicle and then in a later encounter with Ross and the woman. Police say he hit his male roommate in the face then pushed the woman to the ground.
The restraining order request identifies Ross as the roommate and his girlfriend as the other victim. Price sat out last season after transferring from Louisville. No charges have been filed in the case.

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Missouri basketball player Zach Price is suspended from the team after being arrested twice for allegedly assaulting his roommate and a woman.

Columbia Police Sgt. Joe Bernhard says the victims reported that Price rammed their car Wednesday afternoon.
That investigation was ongoing when Price was arrested on another alleged encounter with the same victims Thursday morning. Police say he hit his male roommate in the face then pushed the woman to the ground.

Missouri Coach Frank Haith said after the first arrest that he was "very disappointed" with Price and will discipline him accordingly. Price sat out last season after transferring from Louisville.

ST. LOUIS (AP) - A Missouri men's basketball fan who over four seasons regularly traveled with the team to NCAA tournament games has pleaded guilty to a federal drug conspiracy involving cocaine and marijuana distribution.
Online court records show that Levi McLean Franklin Coolley pleaded guilty Jan. 17 to attempting to sell more than 88 pounds of cocaine and an unspecified amount of marijuana between 2005 and 2011.
Coolley owns a car stereo shop in Columbia.
Coolley was arrested by FBI agents in March 2012 while at the Missouri team hotel in Omaha, Neb., hours before the Tigers' NCAA Tournament second-round loss to Norfolk State.
An internal review by Missouri found no improper influence by Coolley. He was on the team flights as a guest of Columbia real estate developer and prominent Missouri donor Jay Linder.

Bowers, Missouri rally, upend No. 5 Florida 63-60

COLUMBIA, Mo. (AP) - Laurence Bowers had 17 points plus 10 rebounds and Missouri erased a 13-point deficit in the second half to rally past No. 5 Florida 63-60 on Tuesday night.

Phil Pressey added 10 assists, seven points, six rebounds and three steals for Missouri (19-7, 8-5 SEC). The Tigers didn't have Bowers a month ago in a 31-point blowout loss at Florida.

Mike Rosario had 14 points for Florida (21-4, 11-2) but missed a 3-point try at the buzzer. The Gators had won 13 of 14 and led 49-36 with 10:51 left, then hurt themselves at the foul line.

Florida missed five straight free throws in the second half, three times on the front end of one-and-ones. The Gators made six of 12 foul shots overall, while Missouri was 12 of 15.

The Tigers improved to 15-0 at home this season. They are 30-1 the last two seasons under coach Frank Haith.
