A total of three people now face charges connected to last week's fatal hit-and-run accident outside of Cahokia.
Kevin Powell was charged with several crimes Thursday, including reckless homicide, for allegedly hitting and killing 9-year-old Fabian Teson last Thursday.
A passenger in the vehicle, 17-year-old Devan Harris, was charged with two counts of obstruction justice.
25-year-old Alysa Sherwood owns the car that Powell was driving. She faces charges for letting him use the car.
Police are asking for help to find the suspects who robbed a Cahokia gas station overnight.
The Midwest Petroleum convenience store was robbed around 2:30 AM. Three suspects smashed the front windows of the store. The suspects drove off in a blue Chevy truck with an American flag rear window cover. Police say there is damage to the right rear corner of the truck.

An investigation is underway in the Metro East after a 4-month-old baby was found dead in his home.
Cahokia police say it appears the child died from suffocation. Officers say the baby was sleeping in bed with two adults and the suffocation appears accidental.

The crime was caught by surveillance cameras and the video shows an organized group of criminals. The men--all in masks--broke the front window, walked up to a jewelry cabinet, broke the glass, and started grabbing jewelry. Police said the suspects were in and out of the store within 30 seconds and made off with 150 pieces of jewelry worth around $20,000.
The suspects drove off in Chevy Impala.
