14 dead after suicide bomber on Russian bus

   MOSCOW (AP) - Russia's main investigative agency says a Volgograd bus explosion was caused by a suicide bomber and officials raised the death toll to 14.
   The bombing comes a day after 17 people died in a railway station bombing also blamed on a suicide bomber.
   Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said in a statement that Monday's explosion on an electric bus involved a similar bomb, proving a link between the two attacks.
   Public health officials said that at least 14 people were killed in explosion during morning rush hour.
   No one has claimed responsibility for either bombing, but they came a few months after Chechen rebel leader Doku Umarov threatened new attacks against civilian targets in Russia, including Olympics in Sochi in February.

15 students and 3 adults are in the hospital after a bus crash in Montgomery County this afternoon. Just after 1 PM, a bus carrying students from the Missouri School for the Deaf went off the road and turned onto its side. The students were returning home from a summer camp in Fulton. All of the injuries are considered non-life threatening. There was rain falling in the area at the time of the accident, but it is not clear if that had anything to do with the crash.

The following MetroBus routes in North St. Louis County are still impacted by power lines and trees down in the roadways. 

#35 Rock Road 

#36 Spanish Lake 

#44 Hazelwood 

#45 Ferguson Florissant 

#74 Florissant 

#75 Lilac Hanley 

There are still service disruptions, delays and multiple reroutes on several of these routes. 

MetroLink is on time. There are no delays. Trains are running on schedule.  Metro Call-A-Ride is operating normal service.
