US Bank on The Hill Robbed

The FBI has released surveillance images of a man who robbed a bank Thursday afternoon in The Hill neighborhood. The suspect is described as a Caucasian man in his late 20s or early 30s standing between 5'8" and 6'0" tall. He has a medium build and tattoos on his fingers near his knuckles on at least one hand. He was last seen wearing a dark knit hat, light-colored scarf, dark coat, and blue jeans.
 
Authorities say the man walked into the U.S. Bank in the 5300 block of Southwest Avenue around 1 p.m. and handed a teller a note announcing the robbery. He ran from the bank with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Richmond Heights police seek bank robber

Police in Richmond Heights continue their search for a bank robber who held up a US Bank inside a Schnucks store on Clayton Rd. yesterday morning.

The robber approached a teller at about 10:15, and though he did not display a weapon, he did threaten harm.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 60's, 6 feet tall, with salt and pepper facial hair. He was last seen wearing a green plaid flannel shirt, jeans, and white shoes.

He fled with an undisclosed amount of money.  A $1,000 reward is being offered by Crimestoppers (866-371-TIPS).

Another bank inside grocery store robbed

   A possible serial bank robber may be targeting banks inside area grocery stores.  

   Richmond Heights Police say a man held up the US Bank inside the Schnucks Store on Clayton Road about 6:30 Tuesday evening.  Police said the suspect showed the teller a threatening note demanding money and walked out of the store with an unknown amount of cash.

   The suspect is described as a white man, 5'6" to 6' with a thin build.  

   Police believe the man may also be responsible for robbing the First Bank inside a Brentwood Dierberg's on Saturday.

Police continue to search for a man who robbed the Spanish Lake branch of US Bank.

Just before one the suspect walked into the branch on Larimore Road and told the teller he had a weapon. He made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. The man is described as a black man, in his 30's. He is about 5' 8" tall with a slim build. Anyone with information is asked to call the St. Louis County police.
