County police believe Jennings murder victim targeted
A Jennings mother called police overnight to tell them her son had been shot and killed.
St. Louis County police are looking for a white Chevy Impala in connection with the death of 21-year-old Oshay Caves.
It happened around 2:16 a.m. Wednesday at Theodore and Hamilton. Officers found Caves dead in front of the home at 5200 Hamilton when they arrrived.
St. Louis County Police say the victim was apparently targeted following a confrontation.
