For the eleventh year in-a-row, St. Louis Children's Hospital appears on US News & World Report's list of the best pediatric hospitals in the country.

Children's came in at the sixth spot and was one of only ten hospitals that made the honor roll. The rankings were compiled by assigning rankings to ten medical specialties--Children's was in the top 25 in all ten categories.

The highest ranked specialty for St. Louis Children's Hospital was Neurology and Neurosurgery.

St. Louis has gone to the dogs, but that's is meant as a compliment.

Personal finance website NerdWallet.com listed St. Louis as one of the Ten Best cities to have a dog. The firm's financial analysts considered factors like the number of off-leash dog parks per 100,000 residents, cost of a vet visit, and the walkability score of a city. St. Louis was the top state in the Midwest and seventh nationally.

St. Louis is for...couples! The Gateway City was named one of the 25 most romantic cities in the nation.

The online restaurant reservation site OpenTable created the rankings. They used factors like the number of restaurants rated romantic by user reviews, percentage of tables reserved for two, and the percentage of people who dined out for Valentine's Day. St. Louis was in the ninth spot, while San Antonio, Texas garnered top honors.
